The Naked Marriage is a book, podcast, and brand for speakers Dave & Ashley Willis.

I designed the podcast graphic, as well as mocked up lots of other options for various things connected to Dave & Ashley’s brand.

Maintain the Email Marketing Calendar, create content for emails, and design emails.

For the XO 2019 season, I’ve been a contributing designer. Using the art direction provided for the conference, I created several different assets include banners, photo backdrops, floor vinyls, social media graphics, etc.

Established a new website for the XO Simulcast. XO Simulcast allows churches to live stream the XO Conference from Southlake, TX at Gateway Church. Over 500 churches nationwide purchase the program. This website was pieced together from a template. I laid out the wireframe, copy, and photos.

In my free time, I assist my husband in Producing short films. Together, we have produced 3 award winning short films. 

As a producer I am in charge of bringing the project together in its complete production cycle, marketing and its release. A good producer will cultivate the idea of a director into something great, tangible and well executed.

In January of 2017, we released a new website for Fellowship Dallas. Although we worked with a WordPress developer, we designed all layouts and content in-house. Currently, I manage and update content, as well as create new pages within WordPresss, manipulating templates to best fit the desired look for the page.

Established a consistent and excellent brand for Fellowship Dallas. This started by creating a branding guide for the entire organization. We also utilized Open Brand to better equip the staff with the proper resources to maintain the brand.

In collaboration with the Lead Pastors, we create the design and name the sermon series. Here is a collaboration of different sermon series over the past few years. 

We currently manage our sermons through The Church App. This creates a weekly podcast as well as an online media player.  

During the month of May, we created a Serve Your World Campaign to better organize all of the different things that needed to happen that month including promoting mission trips, giving to a global offering, and sponsoring a child through Compassion. 

I broke down the campaign into "Go. Give. Love." Each week we focused on one of the different steps.

We also created an interactive wall that was placed on our concourse to provide a deeper understanding of the different opportunities.

The Bridge is a seasonal magazine that connects what God has done in our church over the past few months to what is on the horizon. Each issues contains testimonies of Fellowship Dallas members, upcoming events, and necessary information for the months ahead.

Implemented this year, we write one blog post and embed it within a weekly email. The weekly email also provides important information about what's happening that week at Fellowship Dallas. 

We use Squarespace to host the blog and MailChimp for the weekly email. I custom-ish code the email, using a pre-made template. Email's weekly open rate is most often between 35-40%, this is double the industry average.

Previously, there was a lot of confusion around the groups ministry at Fellowship Dallas. I proposed we relaunch the ministry with a new name. We promoted Life Group involvement, using testimonies and photos from current groups. This content was used on slides, worship bulletin, social media, and email. 

Fellowship Dallas celebrated 40 years. We were tasked with throwing a birthday celebration. We sent out invites, promoted the day in service, created an animation of the history, decorated the building, ran a photobooth and organized the service. 

In May of 2017, we announced a new Co-Lead Pastor and future Lead Pastor for Fellowship Dallas. I believed the congregation needed to see Kurt as more than just a leader, but truly as an authentic individual who was humbled to lead this church. 

To better communicate this, we did a photoshoot with Kurt and his wife (photos taken by me) and shot a video highlighting their journey up until this point. 

The web page better explains the timeline and other important information about the pastor transition.

Created a consistent rhythm using video to announce upcoming events. 

This campaign was used to raise an extra $300,000 and pay of the remaining $400,000 dollar debt at the end of the fiscal year. We mailed out letters and promoted the campaign on Sunday mornings. 

Launch is an event that helps people take their next steps into the strategy at Fellowship Dallas. We were tasked with naming the event/class, creating print pieces for it, and developing language. 

This has become a church favorite during the Christmas season. It was so well received, we did it three years in a row. The videos were shown during service sometime around Christmas and tied back to the topic being discussed. The scene reflects the "look" used for Christmas that corresponding year.
